The sTOOL Kit: How Print Marketing Went Viral
Dude Wipes, the purveyors of posterior perfection, decided to take their cheeky brand to the TikTok Shop. Their master plan? A “mega kit” of their wipes, naturally dubbed the “sTOOL Kit.” The mission: drive sales, generate buzz, and unleash an army of influencers armed with unboxing videos that would make the internet blush (with excitement, of course).
Butt (pun intended), Dude Wipes needed more than just a box. They needed a moment. The packaging had to be cost-effective and durable enough to ship a hefty load of wipes, but also so visually compelling, so inherently shareable, that influencers would be chomping at the bit to film their unboxing experience. It needed to scream “sTOOL Kit” in a way that was both clever and, well, Dude Wipes-esque.
Enter BAMKO, the packaging and print marketing maestros. Their mission: to craft not just a package, but a performance. The sTOOL Kit needed to be an unboxing spectacle, a delightful reveal that influencers would be genuinely excited to share with their followers.
From Packaging to Promotion: Making a Box a Brand Ambassador
Leveraging our expertise in commercial print marketing and production, we worked with the client to develop a custom box that perfectly captured the brand’s irreverent spirit. We conceptualized and designed the “sTOOL Kit” packaging, managing the design, printing, and production. While BAMKO did not handle fulfillment or shipping for this particular project (a service we do offer through the TikTok shop), our expertise in order forecasting and combining orders helped Dude Wipes significantly reduce their per-unit costs.
The “sTOOL Kit” was a resounding success, leading to multiple reorders from Dude Wipes. The product resonated with TikTok users, driving sales and generating significant social media engagement. This project perfectly exemplifies how print can be a powerful promotional tool, even in the digital age.
