The ask? A unique item for their employee webstore that would resonate with their team’s passion for innovation and allow them to share their groundbreaking work with loved ones. Inspired by the genius of the medical robots, BAMKO knew we would have to bring merch to a whole new dimension!
Our creative team came up with a concept that would match Intuitive’s ingenuity: buildable replicas of their cutting-edge medical robots, exclusively for their employees. Designed with interlocking toy bricks, the model created a chance for employees to appreciate and replicate the medical robots they work with each day, brick by brick.
These weren’t just toys; they were complex puzzles designed to occupy even the most genius minds for hours. The sets were a smash hit, selling out faster than you could say “life-saving surgical technology.” Employees proudly built their creations with friends and loved ones, turning their passion for their work into a fun sensation they could share.
The impact was undeniable. Intuitive Surgical employees truly enjoyed the replicas, instating a renewed sense of pride in their company and its mission. The success of this project was so resounding that BAMKO and Intuitive Surgical are already collaborating on a second iteration, this time featuring a different robot from their impressive lineup.
