BAMKO partnered with PMI to bring this vision to life, curating a thoughtful “Welcome Baby” kit, designed to delight new parents. Each custom-printed box was carefully packed with cozy essentials, including a full-sized blanket, a soft baby elephant blanket, a baby rattle, and a plush elephant toy. The kit also contained a comfortable onesie garment for the baby, engaging books, and a picture frame to capture precious memories. The box also enclosed a welcome card and essential instructions on enrolling their newborn into the company’s HR benefit package, seamlessly blending care with practicality.

To ensure a smooth and personal experience, BAMKO managed the entire process from warehousing to drop-shipping. All the curated items were brought to our facility, expertly kitted with protective crinkle paper, and stored securely. Upon notification of an employee’s leave, these thoughtful gifts were then shipped directly to their home, arriving as a welcome surprise.
