Leveling Up Team Spirit for Ruckus Games’ Launch
For a bold new gaming development studio like Ruckus Games, making a memorable first impression in the industry extends beyond their groundbreaking games – it starts with the team. As they geared up for their initial launch, Ruckus sought a gift for their pioneering employees that would go beyond the typical gaming industry swag. They envisioned something unique, personalized, and truly resonant, a tangible symbol of appreciation for their early champions.
The challenge? Crafting a high-touch, personalized experience on a smaller scale without triggering prohibitive costs. Individual customization often becomes a budget-buster for limited-edition items. However, BAMKO thrives on turning such challenges into opportunities for creative solutions.
Beyond the Ordinary: BAMKO Delivers a Tailored Team Gift
By collaborating closely with one of our specialized drinkware partners, Cupow!, we conceptualized and produced a premium 40oz cup tailored to the Ruckus Games brand. Each cup was PMS color-matched to their brand palette and engraved with a dynamic 360-degree laser decoration process to seamlessly integrate various brand and game assets around the entire cup. The final touch? Individually laser-engraved names of launch team members, creating a truly personal and cherished keepsake.
This seamless, end-to-end support from BAMKO allowed the Ruckus Games team to laser-focus on their core mission: developing and launching their exciting new games. They could rest assured that their team spirit initiative was in expert hands, handled with creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
The personalized cups were met with genuine enthusiasm by the Ruckus Games launch team, who eagerly shared their unique gifts online. The impact even extended beyond the team, with inquiries rolling in from individuals connected to the employees, eager to acquire similar personalized cups. This customer story isn’t just about a product; it’s about how a thoughtful, personalized gift, expertly executed by BAMKO, successfully leveled up team spirit and created a lasting, positive impression for Ruckus Games’ pivotal launch.
