- Visit our main website (bamko.net), its subdomains, and all other websites that BAMKO owns or controls and that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Sites”);
- Submit purchase orders, request quotes, or engage in other transactions with us;
- Communicate with us by email, telephone, mail, or in person at events;
- Sign up to receive email, mail, or other communications from us; or
- Otherwise provide Personal Information (as defined below) to us, whether offline or online in the context of our relationship with you.

- Right to Know / Access You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for which it is used, and the categories of third parties with whom it is disclosed.
- Right to Delete You may request that we delete Personal Information using the data deletion form, we have collected from or about you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, where retention is necessary to complete transactions, comply with legal obligations, or protect security and integrity).
- Right to Correct You may request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information maintained about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Certain Disclosures You may have the right to opt out of certain disclosures of Personal Information for targeted or interest-based advertising purposes, where applicable. Retention of Information

Do Not Track
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because these signals are not yet uniform, our Sites may not respond to them consistently.

Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Notice
BAMKO LLC, Logo Lineup, LLC, Guardian Products, Inc., and 3Point Brand Management (collectively, the “Covered Entities”) comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (“EU-U.S. DPF”) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. The Covered Entities have certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that they adhere to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (“EU-U.S. DPF Principles”) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the Covered Entities commit to cooperate and comply with the advice of the panel established by the European Union Data Protection Authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of human resources data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF in the context of the employment relationship.
The Covered Entities are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF should first contact us using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the Covered Entities commit to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, you may visit JAMS EU-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks for more information or to file a complaint. The services of JAMS are provided at no cost to you.
Under certain conditions, individuals may invoke binding arbitration to address residual complaints regarding our compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF Principles that are not resolved through other available dispute resolution mechanisms. The Covered Entities remain liable under the EU-U.S. DPF Principles for the processing of personal data received under the DPF and subsequently transferred to third parties acting as agents on our behalf, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
