Leveraging our robust overseas Sourcing Team, we manufactured large quantities of merchandise factory-direct, significantly reducing the cost per good sold. Our Creative Team developed custom retail designs which heightened perception for value for consumers. The result: a line of merchandise that sold at greater volumes for higher prices at a significantly lower cost to our client.
A client came to BAMKO to develop merchandise for a weeklong event attended by millions. We performed a comprehensive supply chain analysis and identified a key cost driver that was adding astronomical costs to the overall program. By changing the sequence, process, and method by which their merchandise was being kitted and fulfilled, while simultaneously utilizing our own network of overseas fulfillment centers, we were able to lower logistic costs by over $700,000 while streamlining delivery and distribution of more than a half million merchandise kits.
We engineered a solution from the ground up, developing an employee engagement ecosystem that lead to tangible improvements in employee sales performance, employee retention, and overall employee satisfaction. Leaning on a foundation of core user demographic analysis and adaptive smart learning ecosystem leveraging real-time user feedback, we created an employee engagement environment unlike any other the industry has ever seen. Utilizing gamification systems that with points based tracking software, we developed an internal feedback loop that learned and adapted with employee behavior. The result was an award-winning employee engagement and incentivization model that drove substantial growth to top-line sales.
An iconic brand with easily identifiable design aesthetic presented a unique opportunity to use a Gift With Purchase program to help drive sales of core retail product. Our Insights & Innovations team took a deep dive into the emerging trends within the broader retail marketplace to develop and design GWP items that would animate and excite their customer base. By designing to our iconic client’s brand aesthetic with GWP items that were specifically targeted to their core demographic and inspired by emerging retail design, we created a wildly successful GWP program that were as must-have collectors items. The end result was a master class in the use of intelligent developed GWP programs to drive revenue and create exceptional ROI.
Our client came to us with the goal of maximizing ROI for new user activation. Our analysis of existing brand assets determined that they had one critically valuable asset a large and loyal social media presence. So we set out to leverage that asset by designing product for maximum social media impact. The key was creating "share-worthy"? product, items that were so unique, memorable, and interesting that our client's audience would serve as a virtual brand megaphone, sending our brand's logo rippling across social media. We designed a campaign to leverage iconic imagery, elements of retail best-sellers, and on-trend design. The end result was a wildly effective campaign generating millions of brand impressions across a number of social media platforms, driving user activation at a level of efficiency never before seen.
