2025 was a defining year for client success and brand engagement, where the best merchandise programs didn’t just support campaigns. They became the campaign.
From culturally timed drops to large-scale experiential retail, brands moved beyond logo placement and leaned into merchandise as a strategic growth lever. Narrowing it down wasn’t easy, but these five programs represent the most impactful work we delivered, measured by speed to sell-out, revenue performance, and audience response.
Here’s what success looked like in 2025:
- 100% sell-out in under 24 hours for a limited-edition collaboration drop.
- 300% increase in launch-day order volume for a novelty apparel collection.
- Record-setting pop-up revenue driven by curated, high-quality assortments.
From cinematic collectible toys to record-setting experiential pop-ups and viral trend-setting merch, here are five of the BAMKO client success stories we loved building in 2025.
Subway X Happy Gilmore 2: The Ultimate Nostalgia Drop

This program tapped directly into pop-culture momentum. To celebrate the release of Happy Gilmore 2, BAMKO partnered with Subway to design a retro-inspired, limited-edition merchandise collection that felt authentic to both the film and the brand.
The assortment included vintage-style apparel, headwear, golf polos, and collectible pint glasses. The designs were finalized with direct input from Adam Sandler himself, ensuring true cinematic credibility.
The result was a complete sell-out within 24 hours, instantly becoming one of the most talked-about branded drops of the year and positioning Subway at the center of a major cultural moment.
Burger King Superman Toys: From Screen to Collectible
The right collectible, launched at the right moment, can create global buzz.
Burger King Brazil partnered with BAMKO to design and distribute eight custom toys for the Superman movie launch. Each was meticulously developed in collaboration with Warner Bros. to ensure film-accurate design and storytelling.
Manufactured and executed by our Brazil-based design team, the toys generated massive organic engagement across TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit. The program reached international visibility when the collectibles were shared online by Superman director James Gunn, cementing the campaign’s cultural impact and driving significant incremental sales.
Nestle Coffee Mate Iced Coffee Bladder Bag: The Iced Coffee Flex
In 2025, functional merch crossed fully into fashion. Coffee mate challenged us to create something that would resonate with Gen Z while repositioning the brand as modern and trend-forward.
The result was the Iced Coffee Bladder Sling Pack, a wearable reservoir bag designed to keep iced coffee chilled while also functioning as a bold, fashion-driven accessory.
What started as a novelty became a viral moment. The product fueled widespread user-generated content and organic brand awareness, reinforcing Coffee Mate’s role as a brand that doesn’t just follow trends. It sets them.
Jack’s Birthday Jack in the Box Apparel: The Sell-Out Sweatshirt
For Jack’s birthday, Jack in the Box wanted merchandise that did more than commemorate. It needed to drive real demand.
BAMKO launched a limited-edition apparel collection anchored by a custom sweatshirt featuring a magnetic liner and plush hat attachment. The interactive design transformed a simple garment into a conversation piece and a social-first product.
The response was electric: the novelty of the magnetic features drove massive consumer demand, leading to a 300% increase in order volume on the first day. All six limited-edition products sold out, demonstrating the value of creative, custom merchandise in achieving immediate, high-volume sales.
Lowe’s Pop Up Shop: Record-Setting Employee Engagement

Large-scale retail execution isn’t just for consumers. At Lowe’s Annual Store Managers Meeting in Las Vegas, BAMKO curated and executed an immersive, retail-style pop-up shop designed to engage thousands of store leaders.
The expanded assortment featured 121 high-quality items sourced from over 40 top-tier vendors, including Adidas, Stanley, and Under Armour.
The shop delivered the highest SMM pop-up revenue to date, doubling the previous year’s sales and proving that internal brand experiences, when executed strategically, can drive measurable results.
The Power of Partnership: Looking Ahead
These programs underscore a simple truth. The most successful client stories live at the intersection of cultural relevance, creative execution, and operational excellence.
We’re proud of the programs we built alongside our clients in 2025 and even more excited about what’s ahead. As brands continue to demand measurable ROI from every touchpoint, strategic merchandise will only become more central to how stories are told and results are delivered.
